"BREW CITY - MILWAUKEE, USA" Milwaukee by gkitzmil
Milwaukee Travel Guide: 517 reviews and 784 photos
I wanted to visit Milwaukee because it has a Germany heritage that includes great beer! I truly enjoy beer and I enjoy the history! We visited three closed breweries, two working breweries, and two great brewpubs. We also visited the Victorian Mansion of F. Pabst -- a U.S. 'beer baron' originally from Germany.
- Pros:great history and easy walking around the city
- Cons:can be cold -- even in summer
- In a nutshell:Beer City USA

If you make better German food than Karl Ratzsch's, when are you having me over for dinner? ;-) Nice tips!
Any place that serves Blatz on tap gets my vote! (Actually, I think I also have the Roman Coin on my Milwaukee page.)
