at the brightest the fountains emit 2.6 million watts of light
-- the fountains are created by over 1,000 water jets and are computer controlled
-- the shows are NOT the same and range from classical to pop

(4)See the World's Largest Gold Nugget! -- where else but downtown at the Gold Nugget Casino
-- It sits right above the world's SECOND largest nugget
-- on display free near the lobby

(5) Fremont Street experience - downtown just outside the casinos
-- this is the LARGEST light and sound show IN THE WORLD!

I've been in over THIRTY of the Las Vegas Casinos. I cannot say which one is number one but here are my tips....
DON'T MISS...
Mirage -- always one of the best - tigers, dolphins, waterfalls,

Caesar's -- 'old Vegas' renewed, the Forum Shops are a 'must see',

Bellagio - artwork, changing garden, great Fontana bar, and Oh those dancing waters! - where the wealthiest go to play!

Paris - the streets of Paris with shops

Venecian - more great shopping but along the canal!

Aladdin - VISIT THIS ONE NOW -- it will soon by a Planet Hollywood. For now you'll find great shops, the casino is just one huge gambling palace but there are great bars and a neat bazzar that will likely be removed for PH!

MGM - a huge hotel, great nightly entertainment, some great restaurants, and at the corner that represents the New Las Vegas. When it opened this was the largest hotel in Las Vegas

New York New York - MOST authentic city look and feel right down to restaurants and bars

Luxor - an Egyptian Paradise, don't miss King Tut's tomb!

Number Ten - IF you have kids it is the Excaliber - I think it is cheesy but for littler people it would be great

IF you DON'T have kids with you - Mandalay Bay - new, classy, but just a casino to me!
