Dear, Sisters & Brothers in Humanity, welcome to my heart ,they said our world is a small village, but, today , with all those fast transports , huge modern technologies and communication means, we say it's smaller than a room which we share all together, and when we travel , we only move from one corner to another, just like birds when they open their wings and fly between the branches of the same tree. There is a French proverb which says: (Le Monde est petit) The World is small, Don't you agree with me that it is true ?
So, why don't We live in a world without borders or barriers, we are all humans, Daughters and Sons of Adam and Eva (Hawa)
We welcome people here in Algeria, with dates and milk which symbolize the Algerian generosity they are good for health and very energetic .Dates are the product of palm-trees, in the Sahara, and there is a variety of tastes and colors, they are recommended for good digestion as they are very rich in fibers ..So let me welcome you friends to Algeria with widely opened heart and mind !with this nice plate of dates and milk
I am a man who loves simplicity, Peace, Beauty Tolerance and all the good values , for all the humans , On this Planet , like most of you travellers,sure , let's say I have a universal heart and mind , I respect those who respect the other's opinions, life styles , traditions and customs, I love all the languages, religions, races and colors, My great love is for languages, I speak, Berber which is my Mother Tongue, Arabic, French , my great love is for English , in which I am dreaming of a high graduation diploma, I am holding some local and international certificates like the FCE, of The famous Cambridge University ..and still studying
Truffle, or its name here, Térfess, a type of edible fungus which grows underground in the North African Sahara, after the rain, and is very enjoyed for its rich flavour( like meat ) It has different shapes,sizes and colours . It's cooked and presented in a variety of dishes..1)Cut into slices and fried with olive-oil and eggs. 2)Grilled on fire-wood or coal. 3)Added to other vegetables for the famous Couscous soup. 4)Cooked with beans.
5) Barbecued with meat ...ets hummm
A nice woolen, hand-made decorated carpet which symbolizes the Mozabites life, traditions and costumes, during the past ages. Each sign refers to something like happiness, success, marriage, Love fertility and luck..
Some of them show the jewelry worn by women and other materials used by them in their home daily activities. They are free open pages of history which are generally sold in the town’s market or in some shops of the big towns and capitals which sell woolen clothes
After the rain the palm grove in the oasis is completely flooded with the Oued and it is the great pleasure of farmers and all the people in the town especially in the dry years .Water is divided equally between all the gardens and the small dams in a unique irrigation system in the world…depending on the number of trees and palm trees each farmer have .The supplies go to the wells where they are filtered and stocked.. Water is very precious in the Sahara.
The Camel was discribed since ages as , the Sahara Ship, it was used as a unique transport mean, ........... will write more soon !
The palm tree symbol of life in the desert, the renewable giver and the closest friend to the man, it fed him ,covered his roof , protected him and switched his fire , it helped him too much in his life, he used most of its parts for his benefits and learnt much from it since the ancient ages, it’s a bright image of the Sahara in its pain and happiness, the eternal Spring standing highly always for the sun and the moon in the warm or rainy weather, it has some very specific life conditions than other trees, it grows under very hard dryness, It resists the high concentration of salts in irrigation waters as it can live in high water levels without air, as a result it plays an important role in the environment balance and stops desertification ....
Merriam ,was ordered by the Lord to eat dates during the Christ delivery ! Scientists discovered that dates are very efficient for pregnant women during pregnancy ,delivery and after, they are equivalent to some medicines which facilitate the delivery and makes the operation safe for the Mother and her baby, as they help the uterus returning to its natural position, and in breast feeding period they provide much love and affection !
They clean the colon, since they contain a high level of potassium which is very important for the balance of water quantities inside and outside the body cells and in the food photosynthesis in the muscles and the brain!
(Laugmy) A sweet white natural concentrated drink which is taken from the heart of the palm tree, when it’s removed definitely after a long age of productivity , it s very energetic and rich in vitamins, they say it s good for both men’s & women’s fertility and power! Should be drunk fresh and cold preferably! Before fermentation!
(Takarwait)An other delicious juice, made of dates mixed to some natural herbs and plants, it’ s mainly given to the grooms during the first two weeks of their honey moon, to help them achieving their mission very well!
