Munchen was a great city to visit. In particular because we were visiting during Oktoberfest. The language was a little hard to get used to for us English speakers but we managed and had a terrific time. We did learn the Oktoberfest essentials though which include "Ein Bier Bitte" and "Prost"! I think that visiting at a time other than during Oktoberfest would be quite a different experience but I still suggest for anyone to go to the Oktoberfest at least once in their life! |
