Florence was by far my favorite stop in Italy. It is an old city which never really seemed to modernize. Sure there are some modern type places (I'm sure if you look you'd find at least a few McDonalds) but mostly the charm of this old city is what shines through. Cobblestone streets, beautiful churches, the art, the architecture, the food...I could really go on and on so let me share my pictures and suggestions with you... |
