The picture shows Snow on the summit as we approached in the Gondola lift October 3rd 2003. The elevation of this mountain is 5ft. higher than Mount Sainte ANNE near Quebec City

One of the fastest growing tourist areas in Quebec. Millions being invested ( by Intawest) as there are so many U.S.A. tourists and ones from all over coming here that they have built an airport big enough for airlines planes.A private company purchased rights for the enlargement and use of an existing airport nearby to receive jet planes mostly 20 passenger ones.

GATED PROPERTY only residents and guest allowed. These are new Condominiums built and sold to very rich private owners.

Simonne in front of the fireplace at the FAIRMONT HOTEL at Mont Tremblant. Warming up after our gondola ride to the summit of Mont Tremblant where it was cold and lots of snow

• Pros:Excellent 4 season resort. Can be visited in one day from Montreal.
• Cons:Expensive
• In a nutshell:Worth while to visit and even stay a few days winter or summer, In the fall the colors are exceptionel ( Maple leaves)_
