Eddy at Montmorency Falls

Aug.9th, 2005 we visited here on our way to La Malbaie Que. and the casino at Point-aux-Pic.
There is a beautiful park at the top of the falls and a huge parking lot, picnic tables, restaurant and the Chateau Montmorency.
An incredible board walk clinging to the side of the mountain takes you to the falls where there is a lookout as well as a suspension bridge across the falls.
To get there there is a stairway up the side of the mountain from the base of the falls, a enclosed gondola type, or you can drive by taking the old streets off of the super highway and visit the old historic sites.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Quebec has so much to see it would take years to see it all
Cons:A huge territory in square miles
