Living in California is Like Living in an Airport You can leave your door, wherever that door may be, and you could do whatever interests you. Already knowing that you can Snowboard and Surf in one day, you can go to Vegas the next and see the Lakers the following day. So you've surfed, boarded, gambled and gone to an NBA game. Do you dig National Parks? Well I can think of a few. It's very easy to like the high mountains in the summer or to bask in the warmth of the desert feel in winter. The coast is always nice. Golf? Big hikes? The Pacific Crest Trail sends you from Mexico to Canada across Sierra and Cascade ranges. Mentioning Mexico, how would a weekend in Tiajuana be? Not your style? Me neither... so.... it's Cabo San Lucas? Anything in Baja works, really. You are only moments from what excites you. If you like to travel, which I'm pretty sure you do, then California is a home full of escapes. |
