Kolomna is an ancient city, nearly 900 years old, located at the confluence of the Oka and Moskva river, approximately 130 km south of Moscow.
Kolomna has his own Kremlin, this word in Russian identifies a fortified citadel, which was built from 1525—1531 as a part of the Great Abatis Border. On the territory of the Kremlin there are several buildings worth of notice as well as many well preserved red brick towers and part of the wall from the original fortifications.
