I think I described it at the time of my visit as the "beautiful gem in the glorious and vast continant that is Africa". I meant it. Zambia is a beautiful land of vast vegetation, glorious beasts, wonderfully hospitable people and tasty, tasty nourishment... even for a non-meat eater like myself.

My future involves Zambia and I heading back there in just 3 weeks time from now. I can't wait...!
