Tidal Bore Park Well, it is a nice park but the tidal bore is boring here.... not much action. Nearly all rivers, which empty into the Bay of Fundy, have bores. The action is caused by the 20 - 50 foot tides and the out flow of the river, which is reversed because of the higher tide entering the river mouth. The bore causes a large wave and turbulent waters. |
