Little Asian prejudice about men cooking.<BR>
We had a ball buying, preparing, cooking a nice BBQ for the gang. The women were so surprised (Chinese descent), were looking at us with incredulity, wanted to move us aside in order to do it in our place. I was a little surprise about that, being in the 90s and all.

You have your sterile, fresh, plastic wrapped regular butcher shop or counter in shopping centers... and you get your smelly, suspicious and warm open-air butcher shop and fish stand aside from the hacker stands.<BR>
That is where we would shop for all our meat needs (again faint of hearth abstain). The meat would be lying there on the counter or hanging from a hook. A few flies maybe! The best was a big pot full of little rubber triangles (pig ears) and another filled with curly Qs (pig tails).
