Some people, when they think of France in good or bad, think of Paris. The stereotyped French is often a Parisien. Well guest what?
Paris is not France.
Parisien don't equate to French.
In France, you almost have Parisien and non-Parisien.
Regardless of this, who can afford not to spend time in Paris when in France. I stopped almost every time to see some more when in France. Just don't forget the rest of France.
I love Paris, I love the Parisien. I love to walk around, to take the metro or RER (train) or bus to go around, to sit on a terrace or inside sipping at a demi (beer) looking at people, just immerse myself in the history of the place.

You have my favorite things listed in my favorite city! A perfect day in Paris is strolling the Musee Rodin, a nap in le Jardin du Luxembourg, ice cream from Berthillon, and a sunset cruise down the Seine. Now as far as Paris by night? Oooh La La... ;-) |
