This Picture shows me in the Blue Mosque which is located in the North part of Afghanistan. It is in Mazar-i-Sharif, Balkh Province. Mazar-i-Sharif means Holy Tomb. It is in fact a shrine and Imam Ali is buried there. Imam Ali is cousin and son in law of Prophet Mohamed. The tomb was covered with earth to escape the ravage of Genghis Khan in 1220 and remained lost until it was uncovered during the rebuilding work in 1480s. It is a beautiful and holy place. Thousands of people come from all over Afghanistan here every year to celebrate the new year. As you can see there alot of Doves around me. You can see them all over the city. Me and my lovely girlfriend are planning to visit this beautiful city one day.
- Pros:Nice and friendly people and beautiful landscape
- Cons:War
- In a nutshell:I wish there will be only the good soon and nothing bad. These people deserve to live happily.

It looks wonderful. I also wish to visit Afghanistan one day, maybe when it's more peaceful.
