If I remember right, my guide told me this was the first church built in the area...and it was under construction/renovation at the time. My guide talked with one of the workmen, and they were commenting that the current mayor is good and not diverting the money elsewhere (as in other townships) -- they say the current mayor (as of Nov 2009) should stay in office for another 4 years so that the wrok will be completed. Let's vote for him!
