Osaka is a big modern city in Japan. The first time we visited Osaka was in 1992. We were going to a motorcycle GP at Suzuka and had a few days to see something
of a country we didnīt know anything about. That time we spend only a short time in Osaka and the things we remember best are the cultural differences between us and the japanese. We were intriged and sure we wanted to go back one time. Somewhat more prepared next time.
In 2001 we had a chance to join a group tour which shortly stayed in Osaka. Only one night. But we did manage to see some tourist spots like the aquarium and the Umeda Sky Building.

And then in april 2003 we came back to Osaka. This time we were here for 4 days!
We went to a VT meeting organised by AyurinHiro and did see much more of this sparkling city. Please take some time to read the tips and look at the pictures in the travelogues.
The VT meeting was great, we went cherryblossom viewing, saw Osaka from the 38th floor of the OAP building and went on a rivercruise. The story and pictures are in two of our travelogues.
