Agave Taco Salad
Agave Mexican Cantina is a favorite watering hole for Yuppies who love margarita, but it has become a popular destination for families who love Mexican food. There are tables and chairs outside the airconditioned room for smokers, just across is the bar. The airconditioned room has a loft for those who want more privacy. The place is cozy. As expected of Mexican motif, bright colors dominate the room decor and furnishings.
The only downside I noticed is the lack of accessibility ramp for those with wheelchair, and for baby strollers. My daughter had a hard time bringing my grandson's stroller inside the airconditioned room
Favorite Dish: I liked all the foods we tried, but my favorites are the Agave Taco Salad (Grande size=P355) and the Chicken & Steak Fajitas (P420). Second favorite is the Ultimo Chicken Chimichangas (P315 for grande size).

Hap Chan
We went to Hap Chan not by choice, but by convenience. All the shops at Bonifacio High Street were still closed; we didn't know they open at 12 noon yet. Since we were already hungry, we thought of having a snack first. We walked to nearby Market! Market! and since Hap Chan was the first restaurant we saw upon crossing the street, we decided to have some dimsums.
I liked the interior decor. The lanterns and furnishings were aptly chosen for the Chinese motif. The dining hall was clean, spacious and didn't look cluttered and cramped like other Chinese restaurants. Service was generally okay though the IDs showed that the waiters were trainees.
Hot house tea was served to diners, but we ordered cold drinks. We expected their dishes to be as delicious as the other dishes we've tried in other Chinese restaurants, but our expectations were not met. The food was not really extraordinary and tasty.
Favorite Dish: I liked their Chicken Feet Dimsum and sharksfin dimsum, but I can't say they were instant favorites.

Assorted Sushi
The name of the restaurant caught my attention. I love Japanese food, especially maki and sushi so I make it a point to try the Japanese restaurants at the mall, whether big restaurant or small. The crowd inside the restaurant also made me think the sushi there must be good.
Favorite Dish: I liked their assorted sushi and California maki. My husband liked their beef curry bento box.

Kamay Kainan
I have not personally tried eating here, but I heard Kamay Kainan is a good option for tasting local foods. You can eat the dishes like the locals do, ala-"kamayan" (eating with your hands), but you can always request for utensils.

Seafood Island
Pirate ship-inspired motif of the restaurant was amusing; restaurant was generally clean; there's a separate room which can be reserved for family and group events; clean restrooms and separate wash basins for hands; more convenient place to eat seafoods than in Dampa-inspired restos where you buy the seafoods yourself and have the restos cook the dishes.
Favorite Dish: I like their Salt & Pepper Crab, oyster rockefeller, and boodle feast
Address: Market Market - The Fort
Comparison: more expensive than average
Directions: left side of the Food Fiesta Market, near Kama Kainan
