IMPIANA MUTIARA HOTEL: WORST HOTEL!! Don't Stay at this hotel!

We choose this 2 stars? hotel out of NO CHOICE cos my friend was taking an exam opposite, that is at the KUWASA Complex. It was recommended by the exam officer cos it was directly opposite. We booked there 4 nites!! When we were there, too late and too bad we found out there was another hotel opposite named RAFLESSIA LODGE which are much much better, cleaner, safer, etc. We booked standard room (2 single beds) via telephone one month plus before but when we arrived, the receptionist said we have to wait till 2-3pm for the room to be ready, so dued to my friend taking exam we just agreed with a bit more money and took the Superior Room which offered us a 1 Queen and 1 single bed. While we were discussing on the availability of the standard room, the receptionist even recommended us to get hotel elsewhere...Wow!! nice employee..hahaha..

No lift! So if u having heavy luggages and need to walk up and down the stairs, u know what to expect. The room was dirty and run down. Noisy hotel! The bedsheets dirty and the shower head leaking throughout our stay and wet everywhere. Light bulbs blewed while in our stay! The power was not stable there causing my friend handphone to be spoilt while charging. The hotel manager WAS not around most of the time and if u wanna do a complaint, its hopeless!! Even with much proof from the next door hp shop that the cellphone charger was ok and the cellphone was spoilt due to the unstable current there, no actions taken. The manager didn't even bothered to come to discuss, only chat via telephone conversations. SAD, DISSAPOINTED and expected, till now NO COMPENSATION, NO APOLOGIES, NO NOTHING FROM THE HOTEL, ITSELF!!

Unique Qualities: THE CURRENT IS NOT STABLE, IF U DON'T WANT YOUR CELLPHONE OR CAMERA BATTERIES DAMAGED, DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL.... If u must stay at Sadong Jaya stay RAFLESSIA which is cheaper, cleaner, safer.....Check it out yourself...
