A train trip from Tel Aviv costs around 5 euro one way. When you get out of the train you'll find lovely beaches on the left and a city down the Carmel. |
|  | Since the city is mostly on the slope, you have to go up and down, which can be tiresome. |
|  | One of the good things in Israel is that the seaside is generally close. You can come back from work straight to the beach. If you're sweaty you can take a (cold) shower somewhere. Having time for a dive after work is what I consider Paradise. |
