Paris was a disappointment to me. I guess it was my fault, as I was waiting for a city with broad avenues, elegant shops, romantic neighbourhoods. Instead I found a city brimming with human tension, people bumped me all the time. Shops are what you can find everywhere else in the West. New York has a lot more of charme. |
|  | The undies Still Paris is very worthwhile visiting. Gastronomy is, of course, the main dish of the menu. Paris as a city is still wonderful. I had wonderful friends from France, so I guess I long to return. |
