Aachen was for a long time the German capital, since Charlemagne, then it moved to Frankfurt. The city has a feeling a little different from the other cities in the region, because it is in the border with Belgium and Holand. If you come to Germany by train, you get a greeting card in the form of a small garden with puppetry, a German tradition, in a private house. While traveling alone between Lisbon and Moscow, this was a warm moment. later I found a friend who shared the same memory... |
