We really enjoyed our stay at this fine hotel. The staff was accommodating, the breakfast wonderful (and included). We never felt cramped and loved the updated classic decor. This hotel has recently been refurbished and they have done a great job. It was super clean and sumptuous. Overall I am very impressed and will definitely stay there again.
Unique Qualities: the rooms were spotless, well decorated and appointed. We had a helpful bartender in the evening who served us generous nightcaps and offered suggestions and information about the city. Whoever runs this hotel takes the job seriously! The location is wonderful, in the second arrondisement near everything including interesting side streets, and fine restaurants as well as inexpensive bistros.
