| Taipei Railway Station District |
| | Taipei Railway Station District It's one of Taipei commercial districts in west-middle part of the city. Shinkuan Mitsukoshi building (department store) in front of Taipei Railway Station was once the highest in Taipei City, but it is replaced by Taipei 101 nowadays. K -Mall (the red building next to Shinkuan Mitsukoshi) and Nova (next to SM cross the street) are both huge 3G products market. They attract many young students and foreigners who are fond of electronic devices. There is also a famous cram-school street called NanYoung. After school students rush to go to courses here and its the time when the streets are full of crowds. Because of advantage of location, many international 5-star hotels locate in this district. |
ShinYi District It's the hottest district in east part of Taipei. There are Taipei 101, Taipei World Trade Center, 5-star hotels and department stores etc. As it's a new developed area, the buildings are modern and clean, roads are wide and public open-air space is huge there.
Definitely Taipei 101 is a must-see spot. Next to the building there is a shopping mall where we can find out both famous brands and common youth fashion. | | |
