VT is a lot of work!

My aunt Jo (joiwatani) , another VTer introduced me to VT world. I was amazed at how many countries people visit. WoW!

I want to explore the world myself, but compared to the other VT travelers, I must admit that I haven't really been anywhere, I haven't truly seen the world yet.

P.S. Date as of today: March 28, 2012. I googled my name and I stumbled upon this neglected travel site of mine. I WILL UPDATE SOON ONCE I GET TIME. Being a college student is harshly time-consuming.

Hi, I'm Denise

Full name is Denise Justine , many call me DJ as a nickname, which is taken from my initials.

I am currently a Junior in high school, so I don't really have much time to update or do any pages. I usually do my pages during the summer, or between long school breaks.

At a young age, I caught the travel bug when I was living in London. Up until now, I am still suffering from it. On the other hand, traveling really is my life, having lived in 3 countries, each on a different continent, and having lived in many different provinces and cities and I'm still only 16!

Probably the most important thing that came out of this was that I learned to be independent, and it really opened my eyes to this humongous and diverse world we live in. Plus I have friends across the continents.

Moved to Santiago, Ilocos Sur, Philippines - the hometown of my mother (lived for almost 2 years)

Moved to London, England (lived for almost 3 years)

Moved to Everett, Washington (lived from October 06- June 07)

Moved to Burien, Washington (lived for a year)

Moved to Avondale, Arizona (from June 08 and currently residing)

...College is coming up in two years (Class of 2011) ....

I will be moving again, and I'm looking for colleges who has great study abroad programs !

I try to collect the money myself because it seems kind of weird asking for money, plus I'll have a reason to travel :)

I love my money collection, wouldn't trade it for anything else.

I'll be on a summer trip back to Paris and London, with a side trip to Versailles on June 2010, through EF tours, ideal for student travelers.

Hopefully, my mom will let me travel in the summer of 2011 to Spain ( Barcelona, Costa Brava), Monaco, France, ( Cote d'Azur (Nice), Provence ) and Italy ( Orvieto, Rome, Florence, Pisa), by Exlporica Tours , a cheaper alternative to EF tours.

Hey! Don't worry about "everyone else has been to so many other places" because none of them have been to the places just down the road that you know about - and you've been to some interesting places already.
