...A bit of legend

Says an old legend that, when creating World, God used almost all available materials so, in the moment to forge the last emerged earth, only rested a fistful of granite. He was afraid for this but anyway decided to scatter it at sea; then, shoed his fervent sandal, branded the new land forever with his foot donating her the name Ichnusa (wich means God's footmark).

2500 years separate them...

Sardinia's history speaks an old language made of stone towers and Giant's graves, faeries caves and sacred founts.
No written evidences. But that's well known: we sardinian people always have been of few words...

I'm an archaeologist living in a legendary island: so natural for me dress this Sandal getting around the world, beyond the sea... :-)
