The ladies pose for the group photo and smile at the camera while wombat and bear are plotting something over a cup of coffee.

My fried Kimi the Bear and his mama are in Germany again and agreed to meet us. This time we picked Esslingen as location because it is a beautiful old town but none of us knew it too well.

Those half-timbered houses are overwhelming, aren't they? I feel very small among them.

Kimi got himself a fancy t-shirt with a picture of the Bremen Town Musicians during his recent visit to Bremen. Very fashionable! What a pity those cuts don't fit me.

In the background you see my favourite building of Esslingen. The old stone bridge crosses two branches of the river and the island in between. On the bridge they have those cute little houses.
