Inviting. Quiet. Found a the foothills of the Northern Alps Mountain chain.
This is a place to visit if you'd love traditional colorful architecture. Clean streets. Picture perfect city. Not a lot of people walking around in the morning.
So, if you're a morning person then get out to run or walk. I so love the fresh mountain breeze sweeping off the mountains.
A efficient public transportation from bus to train to taxi.
