You wonder that I call Barcelona a Capital city? It is indeed a Capital, the one of Catalunya - and it was earlier a Capital than Madrid. And Catalunya is not soo small. There are at least 9 member states of the European Union smaller than Catalunya at least with respect to their number of inhabitants - and Catalan, the largest minority language in Europe, has more native speakers than 8 official languages of the EU. |
