  • Name of Shop: Cours Saleya, Nice

Cours Saleya is located in the heart of Nice very close to the Promenade de Anglais and the Old Town. This is basically a colourful flowers market dealing in fresh flowers. It opens from early in the morning until approximately 1.00 p.m. daily.

Cours Saleya is also a favourite meeting place for the locals. It is one of the major tourist attractions in Nice. Fresh fruits and vegetables and meat such as fish and chickens are also available in the market occasionally. However souvenirs can be purchased at reasonable price at Cours Saleya compared to those of other parts of the city. Don't forget to bring along your cameras with you when you visit Cours Saleya!

What To Buy: Fresh flowers, souvenirs from Nice in particular and France in general.

What To Pay: Reasonably cheap compared to other parts of the city.

France sounds great in your tips. When I, hopefully, go there someday I would love to see the French countryside as well as cities. I have heard the villages are lovely!
