Praia Grande is a sign of relaxation for the masses of Sao Paulo, its a place that has immense potential for investment, due to its sense of being close to Sao Paulo. Its like having having Brighton 15 miles from Central London. Everyone would pop down for the weekend.
It certainly needs investment, over the last 20 years Big Beach/Praia Grande has had a huge transformation from streets that had nmo pavement, to proper paved streets, from wooden kiosques to proper organized quiosques by the beach. In other words PRAIA GRANDE has huge potential for the smart business investor. who can bring Sao Paulo closer to the seaside.
- Pros:Godd access from Sao Paulo, relaxing, reasonable seaside
- Cons:infra-structure, deserted by government, not enough investment
- In a nutshell:Good place to invest your money
