A friend and I made a quick getaway to Tunica (without the spouses and kids), and had lots of fun. Don't come here expecting a mini-Las Vegas, because you'll be disappointed. But if you're ready for a smaller, not quite so glamourous gambling trip with plenty of Southern hospitality, you'll have a great time!

Thanks for the info, because I didn't make it to Tunica on my last trip to MS. I used to work in a casino, so let me chime in about tipping the staff -- it's their livelihood because their hourly wage is actually very low!
