When we visited Holland in October 2000 we stayed with our friends Bianca & Anne in Hoorn. They were fantastic hosts and showed us around a lot of places between their home town and Amsterdam.

I really enjoyed Hoorn, it is in such a beautiful area and everything is so green. The town centre is tidy and full of interesting buildings too. :)

Bianca & Anne stayed with us when they visited Australia (for their second time) in 2001. We will be sure to go back to visit them again some day too I'm sure...

Beautiful picture of the windmill!!! I hope you can add some more about Hoorn, I don't think I've ever been here. I would love to see what it is like.
