We spent a few days in and around Aswan while we were on our honeymoon... We took a night train down to Aswan from Cairo then caught a cruise boat up to Luxor. Aswan was probably the least favourite of my cities/towns in Egypt...compared to others the people weren't as nice and the town itself wasn't as 'friendly'. Still, we enjoyed our time there and loved looking around! :) While on our honeymoon we also visited Cairo, Dahab, Luxor, Bangkok, River Kwai, London, Hawaii and New York City. |
