I have been surprised to find out that some people don't know that Canberra is the capital of Australia... I guess since Sydney is the most publicised city that it is asumed to be the capital.

Canberra is a very tidy city, everything has it's place and is well planned. There are a lot of things to see in Canberra and it is a nice place to visit...

I actually visit Canberra to go shopping or meet up with friends & go out...we always find a fun pub or place to go... But I've also been there to show my overseas friends around and see some of the touristy areas. :)

Wow!! Didn't know you were a p-baller!! I myself, am always looking for new places to meet people, and shoot them. My hubby and I also used to referee the games...not just crazy enough to get in a gunfight, but to stand up in the middle...yeehaw

I thought that Canberra was a pleasant surprise. I really liked it. Unfortunately the new parliament buildings were not open yet when I visited.
