Name of Shop: Night Markets
The night markets along Batu Ferringhi are fantastic!!! The markets tend to open around 7 or 8 pm and close anywhere between 11 pm - 1 am (depending on business on the night I guess).
What To Buy: They sell all sorts of things...clothing, DVD's, hand bags, jewellery, wallets, cushion covers, sarongs, luggage, sunglasses, souviners and paintings...
What To Pay: A DVD is 8 RM, a watch is around 20 RM, handbags are around 25 RM, t-shirts are around 15 - 25 RM...

Name of Shop: Shopping mall
One Stop is a huge mall with lots of small shops inside... They sell all the usual shopping centre things...food, clothes, electrical, music, luggage, medicines etc...
What To Buy: My friends bought a digital camera for A$100 less than in Australia... We also bought some computer games...

Name of Shop: Supermarket
There are some small supermarkets along Batu Ferringhi where you can buy some supplies for cheap prices...it's better than buying some things at the hotel where you're staying...much cheaper and it's great to have a chat to the local shop owners too. We stopped by for lots of water and Coke...as well as chocolate and chips... ;)
