On our way to ultimate destination Khunjerab Pass on "No man's land" between Pakistan and China, Saqib and I had covered about 1,500 kms by bus. While in transit, we had stop over at Rawalpindi, Gilgit, Hunza and Sust. It was 6am, immigration offices of Susat were sleeping when we started our last two hours journey for Khunjerab pass. Terribly cold as we had embarked on this destination during November, off season and off course not a wise decision. Finally we reached Khunjerab Pass, world's highest border crossing at 16,000ft. We could only manage staying there for 15 minutes or else border security forces would have recovered two frozen statues. Hairs on my face were like cactus has grown instantly. In addition to me, Saqib and the jeep driver; there were only Yaks roaming around like having catwalk on the Karakoram Highway.
