By far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. My room type wasn't available. Both rooms we were given were filthy. Housekeeping was awful, the highway was noisy, and worst of all, the service in every department - housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, hotel - all of it - was terrible for the entire week. The management was unbelievably rude.
Do not be fooled into thinking this is a normal Embassy Suites quality hotel. The only thing about it that is even close is the omelets - assuming you can get a clean plate. If you are looking for a good quality place to stay, this definitely is not it. I can overlook a lot of things, but this one just had way too many things wrong with it for it to be a coincidence.
Unique Qualities: The management and service at this place was uniquely awful. It is really hard to do that bad of a job.
