Paris - the GREATEST city!

by tommyt1971 - last update: Apr 15, 2008

My healthy obsession...

I love Paris. No wait, I!! LOVE!! PARIS!! I've been there twice & been amazed both times. The color, the hustle/bustle, riding the Metro, the sights, the sounds, it's such a lively place. Since my 1st visit in March, 2007, I've developed what I think of as a "healthy" obsession with the city; I want to experience as much of the culture & history as possible. One day I hope to live in close proximity or within the city itself.

Pros:"Great public transport, IE, the Metro; loads of culture; lots of art & architecture; something diff to do every hour!"
Cons:"Brusque residents; nasty hotel concierges; pickpockets, thieves & hustlers; EXPENSIVE!"
In A Nutshell:"It's more than just rude Parisians & the Eiffel Tower..."

If this monument bore the statue of a woman, no one would laugh at this sort of injustice, why then is it tolerated in the case of this poor murdered man? This soul deserves to rest in peace.
