Childhood at Caloundra

My Grandparents have lived at Caloundra on Queenslands beautiful Sunshine Coast forever. We were so lucky to spend so many holidays up there with them.

I will include any tips for anywhere on the Sunshine Coast on this page. So the tips included here could be for Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Kawana and the Sunshine Coast hinterlands.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Great relaxing coast holiday
Cons:Maybe not the excitement of the Gold Coast
In a nutshell:Lots to do but if you would prefer...lie on the beach and relax

Caloundra was my first memory of the Sunshine Coast Amanda :o) As a kid I remember the park with an awesome pirate ship swing!! haha. You are very lucky to have relos there! ....and the hotel with a view is certainly the place to stay!! :o) Cheers, Ann.
