I went there to visit my dad whom i haven't seen for a long time. he is a chef by profession and he decided to stay in Bacolod for work reasons. i stayed there for about two weeks ...i have no idea about bacolod then except their yearly Masskara festival ...thats the reason why i think my travel in bacolod is a failure ...its a lesson for me though ...anyway, i'm planning to visit bacolod again ...this time i'm more wiser ...with lots of information about some interesting attractions that bacolod has to offer ...thanks to vt

During my stay in Bacolod ...i tried much as possible to go out and stroll ...i somehow wanted to experience how its like to be a bacolodian ...so i took the public transport, got lost, eat in a certain restaurant etc ...at least i made some effort to get to know the city ...but theres nothing much to see ...it was so dissapointing ...basically, the highlights of the city is the old capitol building and the cathedral of San Sebastian ...the locals are amazing though ...warm, friendly, communicative always smiling
