Montmartre / Sacré Coeur: Place du Tertre
  • Tip Rating:
  • This picturesque and rather bohemian square next to Sacre Coeur seems to be one of tourists' favourite spots. The scene is quite varied: there are people watching people, some others having coffee in a café, others being painted on a portrait and people coming from and going to Sacré Coeur.

La Seine and Its Bridges: Pont des Almes
  • Tip Rating:
  • I was so moved by all the people who were hanging around Lady Di's Memorial, leaving flowers, bouquets, letters & loving messages in deeply silence.
Despite her death, people still care about her & the love they feel for her has not died...She was a great woman.

I really enjoyed your Paris page, Lorena. I remember feeling the same as you when we saw some of the sites for the first time. Thanks for sharing. Have a happy birthday and enjoy your travels... Tom

Don't worry, you didn't miss a thing by not visiting the lourve. The queues at the pyramid, in front of mona lisa, etc was enough to drive me crazy..
