As a taste of London everyones favourite is watching the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace and the mounted Guards at Horse Guards Arch and it's absolutely free!
Stand outside Buckingham Palace - Guard Mounting takes place at 11.30 am.
June 2008 - daily
July 2008 - daily
August 2008 - odd days (1,3,5 etc)
September 2008 - even days (2,4,6 etc)
At Horse Guards Arch , Changing of the Guard takes place daily at 11.00 am (10.00 am on Sundays) and lasts about half an hour; it is normally held on Horse Guards Parade by the arch of Horse Guards Building.
There is no Guard Mounting in very wet weather.

Yup this is totally true. Some of these beggars earn a lot more than me; some are genuinely in need; but you have NO WAY of telling. PLEASE, if you want to help, ONLY give money to a registered homeless charity e.g. Shelter. |
