Dubrovnik is located on the Adriatic sea coast in the south of Croatia. It is the most famous city in Croatia and a prominent tourist destination. The location right at the coast and the architecture makes it both a nice leisure destination and a culture spot. It is also a seaport with ferries to Italy. The old town contains a fortress, Minèeta Fortress. The population in Dubrovnik is approx 50,000.

A large earthquake in 1667 destroyed the city and killed more than 5000 citizens. Dubrovnik was also damaged during the war with the serbs in the 1990's. Dubrovnik's Old City is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    Is the bus station in the centre of Dubrovnik, l need to get to the Grand Hotel Park on the Lapad Peninsula and am trying to see if can do it using the buses
