Ilheus is a coastal city in the Brazilian state of Bahia, just south of the city Salvador. It's a beautiful place with beaches and tropical weather. Not too many foreign tourists find their way to this place. The domestic airlines in Brasil fly to Eduardo Gomes Airport (IOS) from Salvador and Rio de Janeiro.
