Ther is no such think as a cheap accomodation in London. You may find something that is inexpensive but you will get what you paid for.
I found this one through a Thomas Cook travel agent in London when I arrived. I remember walking into my room and laughing because it was about the size of a shoe (very small). I could alost touch the wall on the other side of the room when I walked in the door.
The nice thing about it was that it was my own room (something I wanted for my first night on my trip) and it had a bathroom and shower in the room. It was small but perfect for what I needed.
Breakfast is included in the price if you consider a roll with butter and jam to be breakfast. You also get a choice of tea or juice with your morning meal. I remember a woman saying at breakfast, 'they feed homeless people better'. I soon learned not to wake up just for breakfast.
