La Grande is one of the greenest places in Eastern Oregon. We're located in the Grand Ronde River Valley surrounded by two national forests. Two ski areas are close by (less than 2 hours away); there's good trout fishing in the city and all around; hunters come from all over the country; and there are all types of camping facilities nearby.
