Read More We picked the hotel because of the location but were so impressed with the rooms and the amenities. Our room had a large king-sized bed and a sitting area with tv. We also had a marble covered bathroom with upscale spa tub/shower and things like a lighted make-up mirror and heated towel bar. We loved that at night they would leave us gifts- the first night we got some aromatherapy oil, the next some gourmet chocolates. Close Unique Qualities: We really loved the location (right around the corner from Harrods and Brompton Road so that I could shop while my husband slept/watched sports/etc.). We also liked that they had an honor bar (kitchen with every drink imaginable) and two sitting areas with fire places. Customer Satisfaction Index:
