I stayed at the M hotel for a day and half and I can recomend it to any one. I booked my room on hotels.com and it was about $117 USD per night, I chose to add $60 USD for the whole stay which gave me access to the loung in the 28th floor, free breakfast, internet access, and drinks in the evening at the lounge. The decor is very modern and chic, they have flat screen LCD tvs in the rooms small but ample modern bathrooms and really nice furniture in the rooms as well. They also have lots of little details which are nice like a Ipod port in your room, its a clock radio and Ipod port to be accurate, they also have cordless phones and when you check in they have several desks where the person checking you in is siting behind, I was surprised how much more pleasant sitting down like that made my check in process.
Breakfast was great, I had it at the 28th floor lounge which I hear is more limited than the main breakfast room but its more private and quite, they had a cook cooking eggs and then the works like beans, sausage, cereal, etc. They also have several restaurants where you can have your luch or dinner. I didnt try any of them but I do have to admit that I tried the Teriakki check burger from room service and well it wasnt great.
Teh gym is ok, they have several machines and few free weights but to be honest with you I wish they would have had a bigger gym and maybe a bench press, but it was enough to get a little work out done while on the road. The pool is real nice and worth checking out, they are both on the 11th floor along with the SPA.
Over all this is a great place to stay if you are planing a trip to Singapore, it is centraly located in the business distric, its is very comfortably priced, comfortable, modern, and fully equipt.
