"Relaxing in Kenya" Kenya by tompt

In November 2004 we had a great trip to Tanzania and Kenya. Both countries we visited for one week. But that was an entire week in the wild. We were driving with a minibus with a driver / guide through Amboseli, via Nairobi to Lake Naivasha and finally we visited the Masai Mara. This was a week of relaxing and gamedriving. It looks like the lions relaxed with us.......

And when the lions are relaxing the wildebeest can do so too....

They have to rest because they are the last group to leave Kenya to go back to Tanzania to the greener grass there.

In the Amboseli National Park, we saw also a lot of game.

While at the shores of Lake Naivasha at the colonial style lodge, we were very busy birdwatching.
